What brings you joy?

The dictionary defines joy as the experience of great delight or happiness caused by something exceptionally good or satisfying.

I define it as nutrition for the mind and soul!

Joy comes in so many different packages. It can be from a fun call with a friend, completion of a difficult project, or moments of solitude. What is joy for you? What does it sound like? Look like? Feel like? There is a phrase-Seek joy, not balance- what does that mean to you? What are the elements that bring joy into your daily life? Joy involves total engagement of mind and soul to a moment. What activities, settings, or experiences engages your mind and soul in such a way that joy is present?

Hi Carla,

I invite joy into my life when I slow down. That includes going for a walk in the country (where I live). Periods of not being attached to the computer, allow for more sensory experiences, and in-person contact with things I love to do and people that make me laugh.

Sharing info and ideas brings me joy. For those who don't enjoy marketing, check out http:www.blueeyedmuse.wordpress.com.
